Shipping rates
We do not charge any extra fees for handling, packaging etc.
Weight is calculated on check-out, but before actually placing the order

Shipping time
We ship all orders on items in stock received until 17:30 same day.
Shipping time are 2-5 businessdays, depending on your destination.

VAT / Prices in general
All prices in the shop includes 25% Danish VAT and all Danish taxes.
Customers from EU countries will be charged VAT.
Companies from EU countries that can provide a valid VAT-ID will not be charged VAT.
VAT will be subtracted on check-out when you type your VAT-ID and company name.
Customers from non-EU countries will not be charged VAT.
If you're ordering from a non-EU country, VAT will be subtracted when you choose country. You will see the total amount wihout VAT before placing the final order. If you wish to know the prices without VAT at an earlier stage, you may manually multiply with 0.8. This will give you the price without VAT.
Track & Trace
After you've placed your order, an email will be sent to you shortly with your personal track & trace number.
Use the track & trace number to track your parcel on its way from us to you Returns
Returns are allowed within 14 days after you receive the goods.
We will, however, not refund any shipping expenses held by us or you.
Please note, that in order to obtain a refund, any returned goods must be delivered to us in the same state, that they were when you received it. This includes packaging material. Shipping courier
We use PNL Pan Nordic Logistics for all international orders.
Parcels are delivered to your home, if you're not there a note will be left, and you may pick it up at the local post-office the following day.
